Welcome to Newell Legal,

Originally founded by Jake, as a means of providing updates in general UK Law and any Human Rights implications that arose out of Strasbourg in particular. The team have come together in order to provide updates which we feel will be of general interest, but fall into the areas that we have a particular passion for.

This is our very first post as a collective unit, and the first of what we hope to be many posts for a long time!
