Summer Is Ending...

With the summer drawing to a close, both the political and legal systems will be returning to normal business this month, which inevitably means more posts for Newell Legal after our short period of inactivity.

I have personally been working as a freelance advocate at LPC Law, and have been doing some hearings in the County Courts in the South East of England (which has been a fantastic experience!). That has influenced me with some of my future posts, in particular my next one will be on mortgage possessions, so it'll be an important read for all homeowners or potential homeowners.

With an exciting few judgments due to be released in the coming months, you can continue to expect plenty of updates as usual, with an analysis of what exactly this means for the general public.
